All of our Wine Grapes grown and processed onsite in stainless steel and glass. No mechanical pressing to ensure the finest wines. We have more than 50 years involved with wineries in both USA and Europe. It is said we have some of the most unique high quality wines in Arizona

Our Wine grapes are grown on the high Arizona Great True Farm vineyard and Winery in the high elevation between Tombstone and Bisbee, Arizona. Northern European wines all made onsite in Stainless steel and Glass and  some aged with high quality ages finish Oak chips, both clear and Toasted.

We have 20 wines in our Tasting room all processed onsite by our special process.

News & Announcements

Our Blanc du Bois wine is now available. Come see how we make our wine from grape to fine wine aged in our cool room in glass and stainless steel. We have now added our Special Orange Wine using our unique fermenting process.
We currently have 17 wines all made on site available in our tasting room which is now air conditioned with a new mini split. Now that is is fall we won't need the Air Conditioning but it is nice out of the weather.
Dornfelder and Cabenet Franc available in the Hofmann Winery Tasting Room. Easy to enjoy if you like smooth red wines, one of the most popular in Deutschland. You are welcome to bring aged Cheese or Wurst to enjoy with your tasting, but sorry we do not offer to purchase any here.
Seyval Blanc is available at Hofmann Winery Tasting Room. This wine has been fermented dry and is best served chilled. This one of the most grown in the United Kingdom today for wine. Often great in the preparation of pork or salmon meals. Of course it should then be offered with the meal.
We are now open for tasting or selling, and available to give tours of the vineyards and winery when we are on location. We normally like to limit tours to 4 or more people. Do to the number of wines offered with history and tour, one should plan 90 minutes or more. We take no more than groups of 10 to the winery tour at a time, and no animals allowed inside.
A Hofmann Vineyards wine glass is included with your tasting.

Enjoy an evening parked by our vineyards with your camper when you come for tasting. Also available is a patio table for folks that want to enjoy a lunch or evening enjoying the country views here on the high planes surrounded by the mountains in Cochise County on High Lonesome Road.

Local Attractions

The Sand Hill Cranes came back in late November to the Whitewater Draw Nature Reserve, only 5 miles from Hofmann Vineyards and Winery. The Gadsden Hotel 333 Resturant in Douglas is for sure worth you trip to take pictures of his Historic Loddy.

Genealogy Services

We also help people with their Genealogy to help them find their roots in Europe as we read both the old German and Latin recorded in the old church and Stadt books. We offer this help at no charge as we have spent many years helping many people find their roots in Northern Europe.
